This ZIP file contains this README.TXT and picmail.exe file.  This
picmail.exe is self-extract file.  To install, simply execute this file
and follow the on-screen instruction.


ABOUT THIS SHAREWARE VERSION

This shareware version of PicMail is freely distributable.  Users can 
enjoy its full function for 30 days after installation.  To use after
30 days, it should be registered.  The registration fee is $19.99.  It
